Even before he became an established Salyersville, Kentucky attorney in 1989 and established his own law firm in 1991, Grover Arnett was working hard to establish himself. At Alice Lloyd College, he earned a B.A. in Elementary Education, even as he was the student body president and served as the salutatorian at graduation. He then went on to earn a Juris Doctor at Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He officially became a lawyer in 1989 and established his own firm in 1991.
Since then, Grover Arnett has built an excellent reputation for himself and his firm, in part because he’s experienced on both sides of many of his cases. Between 1994 and 1999, as Magoffin County Attorney, he managed a 95 percent conviction rate for DUI offenses, and he was also part of a prosecution team that engineered the largest drug conviction in county history. Grover Arnett then turned his own law firm into one of the finest law firms in Kentucky. The firm specializes in personal injury law, especially car accident and wrongful death cases, but they also handle Social Security Disability claims and other areas. The Grover Arnett Law Firm is also considered a top Kentucky firm for workers' compensation law and they have received accolades for their high quality legal work and for their high level of ethics.
